Suggested Uses: Make a sleep pillow by filling with Mugwort to help induce dreaming. You can also add other herbs like lavender and chamomile.
Directions: To make a tea, pour one cup of boiling water over one teaspoon of herb and steep, covered, for five minutes. Drink 3 times daily.
The essential oil is both antibacterial and antifungal, and may be useful against intestinal parasites.
Many have reported that if mugwort is used as a tea before bed, or even just sprinkled around your pillow, a person may have lucid dreams that night.
